Contract

You will receive a copy of this contract along with said certificates and the order sheet. You will need to sign this in order to place an order.

Thank you for choosing Dark Shadows Cupcakes.  

By reading and signing this contract, you are acknowledging that Billie Kidd of Dark Shadows Cupcakes is trained and certified in the following courses: Food Handler Essentials and Food Allergen Essentials. Dark Shadows Cupcakes will provide copies of said certificates. Dark Shadows Cupcakes will also provide a label with ingredients as well as potential allergens. Because of this Dark Shadows Cupcakes cannot be held liable for allergic reactions of any sort.  

You are also acknowledging that for all orders, there is a mandatory 25% deposit required to place an order. Though cash is preferred, check is accepted, as well as Cash App (with an additional $10.00 service fee). You are also required to place the order a minimum of FIVE DAYS PRIOR to the requested date. As well as, if there are any requests to change this order, you are required to notify Dark Shadows Cupcakes a minimum of THREE DAYS in advance. If such notice is not provided, Dark Shadows Cupcakes has all rights to refuse requested changes. If you decide to cancel your order due to this, Dark Shadows Cupcakes will NOT return your deposit due to supplies already being purchased.
